Return Policy 

1. General Return Policy:

   a. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Bank and Shutter. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

   a. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

3. Timeframe for Returns:

   a. You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

   b. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

4. Return Process:

   b. Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

5. Return Shipping:

   a. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items sent by Bank and Shutter.

   b. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

   c. If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds:

   a. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   b. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days.

   c. Shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges:

   a. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

   b. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

8. Exceptions:

   a. Sale or clearance items may be eligible for returns, but they will be refunded at the discounted purchase price.
