Bank & Shutter, born in Western Canada, is the brainchild of two long time friends and entrepreneurs who had an idea to create fun, unique, statement graphic tees. They recognized a gap in the Graphic Tee market and endeavored to fulfill the need. Using exclusive imagery created in-house, extensive business experience and a ton of research on how to do it sustainably and responsibly, Bank & Shutter’s goal is to be the go-to brand for edgy/rebellious Graphic Tees and garments that are fun to wear anywhere.

Bank and Shutter aims to fill the gap in the market for a distinctive and edgy tee that resonates with the mature confident female. We wanted to create a tee that’s cool enough to tuck into jeans with some heels and wear it for a night out or pair it under a blazer for stylish, edgy office wear.

We wanted a bold print that gets noticed, we haven’t seen anything like this out in the marketplace for woman. And what makes it even better is that every shot is an original, shot in house and literally hand-picked from thousands of images, before it ever makes it on a tee. No stock images ever.

We want to put out a great product that our customers love as much as we do. We want our shirt to be the go-to in your closet even after plenty of washes.

We want to be approachable and authentic. I can tell you we stand by our word and prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.

Beyond that we want to be sustainable, not just another fast fashion brand. We only produce items we receive orders for, so we avoid overproduction.
